Saxifrage Peak (2007.08.11)
A weekend at Valentine lake to watch the Perseid meteor shower and climb Mount Saxifrage and Cassiope.
On Saturday afternoon we scrambled up the W ridge of Saxifrage and back down the SE ridge to the Saxifrage/Cassiope col. We decided to skip Cassiope due to a mix of snow/hail/rain shortly after leaving the Saxifrage summit.
That evening the four of us sat around camp with a fire, on and off rain, and 4L of wine.
